Returns & Exchange Policy

At Petit Fab, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

Our returns and exchange policy lasts 10 days (for orders shipped within Singapore) and 14 days (for orders shipped to Malaysia). If 10 or 14 days have gone by since the date we shipped your order, we regret that we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and hang tags intact.

Several types of goods are not eligible to be returned.

  • Intimate or Sanitary goods such as underwear
  • Gift Cards/Vouchers

 

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. You can either exchange for a new piece of the same item or another item of the same value. Please note that a top up will be required if you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, and that no refund on the unused amount will be given if you exchange for an item of lower value.  

 

How To Request For A Return/Exchange 

Please send us an email at hello@petitfab.com with information on your purchase invoice and product to be returned/exchanged. 

 

Refunds

We can only issue refunds (in store credits equivalent to the value of your purchase) when we are unable to provide you with an exchange for a new piece of the item you returned to us. No cash refunds will be given. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the store credit will be issued to you for you to make another purchase. The store credit will be valid for 14 days from the time of issuance and is strictly non-refundable or extendable.

Please inform us via email at hello@petitfab.com that you have sent us the product so we can keep a lookout for it. 

You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
